New Phone System
The staff is still learning but it is going well with the new system. The Comcast employees are very helpful when called. Webinars are also available.
Helen Geiger asked about the trash area and mattresses, couches, etc. How are we getting rid of them? Nanette said that they are being put in the bins on Wednesday for the Thursday pickup. We might ask for a larger bin for large items to be picked up every week and a half.
Judy Witt wanted to know if any decisions have been made for DNA poop testing for dogs. Is there any possibility of this happening? Nanette is still gathering information on this, as well as, registering the dogs of all Members.
